Well, the new single will be in July

The internet has been abuzz with what The Saturdays were going to do next and even though a re-issue of their second album seemed likely, it seems the girls may be foraging onwards in their pop adventures.

It has been announced that the next single from The Saturdays will be entitled ‘Missing You’ and will be released on July 26th.

The girls are currently rehearsing the dance moves and the recording of the video is imminent (it’s probably underway as we type) and maybe we are adding 2+2 to get 5 here but if there are dance moves needing rehearsed, hopefully its an upbeat number.

After all, the song is being released at the height of summer and what better way to enjoy yourselves than a cheery and cheeky upbeat number. We’ve not always agreed with the choice of singles for the girls, so here is hoping this one gives them a big smash.

Don’t forget that The Saturdays are popping up in quite a few places this summer, and if you head along to the shows, you may just get to hear the new track. You can see the girls at the Isle of Wight festival, at Hamilton Racecourse, at Haigh Hall, Thetford Forest and Rochester Castle amongst others so if you want to see The Saturdays, you have no excuse to not do so!

As soon as the new single hits the internet, we’ll get on it and hopefully stick it up onsite…as well as getting our first thoughts on it.
